What You Will Do

• Lead Innovation: Design and deploy a state-of-the-art retrieval-augmented-generation (RAG) conversational agent, leveraging a vast and intricate proprietary dataset.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with product managers, content managers, and senior stakeholders to develop, optimize, and launch advanced AI/ML/LLM/GenAI solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
• Ensure Excellence: Optimise LLMs, datasets, and agent workflows to uphold the highest quality standards, minimizing hallucinations and output errors.
• Technical Mastery: Deploy and maintain RAG architecture and LLM pipelines within cloud environments, ensuring top-tier performance.
• Enhance Performance: Fine-tune data chunks and text embeddings for superior semantic search across a specialized text corpus.
• Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and technological advancements within the GenAI field.
• Optimize Operations: Monitor and enhance agent and model latency and performance, analyzing user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Share Insights: Communicate utilization and user feedback reports to stakeholders.
• Mentor and Educate: Guide and inspire engineering staff and the broader business community.

What We Are Looking For

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
• Proven Expertise: Experience in designing complex AI/ML workflows and developing machine learning models.
• Specialized Skills: Proficiency in building and scaling retrieval-augmented-generation (RAG) applications optimized for large datasets.
• Risk Management: Ability to identify and manage AI/ML/RAG/GenAI/LLM risks, implement workflow optimizations, and fine-tune models for optimal performance.
